Get to know the new Draps menu, in which Iberian products and fish-based dishes take center stage
In Draps we are obsessed with modernity, always accompanied by the best that traditions give us. That’s why we constantly renew our menu so that each time you come the experience is different and even better. But don’t worry, the star dishes aren’t leaving our kitchens.
The formula to renew the menu in this occasion has been the inclusion of sea bass fillet with potato and prawns cream, and the sea bass based on Jewish recipe (accompanied by a mayonnaise of herbs and vegetable brunoise).
We have also increased the dishes where Iberian products reign, such as the new warm tagliatelle with duck ham and parmesan, or the “Secreto ibérico” with a vegetables volcano, “sobrassada” oil and black trumpets.
Among the star dishes which stay in the menu, our team highlights the large fish cannelloni, with prawns and scorpion fish to which we give the extra touch with a Draps original vinaigrette. Also, the beef steak with cream cheese and onions in white wine.
If you aren’t still salivating, we want to tempt you with our classic salad of foie flakes and vinaigrette of nuts and orange oil.
And, to finish, we don’t forget the new cake with hot chocolate frosting. Because in Draps we always take care of all the details, we have included in our menu the cake for coeliacs with biscuit and hazelnut muslin. Oh! And our famous carrot cake is now made with La Fageda yogurt.
